If a customer is not completely satisfied with a product that has been purchased directly from Victory Life Sciences within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase, they can return the unused portion of the product, postage prepaid, to Victory Life Sciences for a full product refund (less shipping charges). Prior to returning any product to Victory Life Sciences, a Return Product Authorization Number (RPA) must be received from the Victory Life Sciences home office. Product returns will not be accepted without a valid RPA. A 100% product refund will be granted if the product is returned within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase. Victory Life Sciences will not accept for return, from any customer, more than one of any particular product that has been opened. Furthermore, Victory Life Sciences reserves the right to limit returns from any customer who is deemed to be abusing the reasonable terms of this policy. Excessive product returns may subject customers to loss of buying privileges. All authorized returns to the corporate office will receive refunds in approximately four (4) to six (6) weeks from acceptance of the merchandise by Victory Life Sciences.

Return Product Authorization: Before any product can be returned to Victory Life Sciences, whether it is shipping errors, retail customer return or damaged product, the customer must contact Victory Life Sciences either by telephone or email to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RPA#). Any package received without such identification visible on the package exterior will be refused.

Quality Control: Victory Life Sciences will replace, within thirty (30) days of purchase, any product found to be defective. However, no product(s) should be returned to Victory Life Sciences prior to approval to do so from the Customer Service Department either through telephone, or email request. In order to assure that replacement of product will be issued, strict compliance to the following procedure is required:
1. A written replacement request must be submitted, stating the reason for the request and accompanied by proof of payment and a copy of the Product Order form or packing slip.
2. Upon notification Victory Life Sciences will instruct the customer where to ship the product, a RPA number and will provide the appropriate quantity of authorized product return shipping labels. Upon receipt and verification Victory Life Sciences will ship out replacement product as appropriate.

Damaged Goods: The shipping company is responsible for any damage, which occurs after it takes physical custody of the goods. A customer who receives damaged goods should follow this procedure: 1. Accept delivery. 2. Before the driver leaves, document on the delivery receipt the number of boxes, which appear to be damaged. 3. Save the damaged products and box(es) for inspection by the shipping agent. 4. Make an appointment with the shipping company to have the damaged goods inspected. 5. File a claim with the shipping company. 6. Notify the customer Service Department of Victory Life Sciences.

Short shipments: Victory Life Sciences takes pride in fulfilling orders in an accurate and timely manner however in those rare instances where they do occur, a correction will be handled quickly to avoid further delay to the recipient. Any customer is provided with a period of five (5) days following receipt of shipment to report any short shipments. Once notified and verified, Victory Life Sciences will ship the missing item to the name and address on the original order at no additional cost to the customer.

Timely Product and Materials Delivery: Upon clearance of payment, the Company processes for shipment the products and materials selected. If an item is temporarily unavailable due to high demand (TUA), the consignee is notified by way of the packing slip included with the shipment. Should a TUA occur, the items(s) will be shipped as soon as available, usually within ten (10) days of the date the original order and payment was received.

Buyers Right to Cancel: Federal law empowers a buyer to cancel certain sales without penalty prior to midnight of the 3rd (third) business day following the transaction. This rule covers retail consumer sales of $25.00 (twenty-five dollars) or more that occur away from the seller's main office. In addition, the customer must orally inform the buyer of the 3-day right to cancel at the time the buyer signs the contract of sale or purchase of goods.
